Terms of Service
- Vaccination Requirements: We require that all dogs brought to our events must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Owners should provide proof of vaccination upon request.
- Behavior Expectations: ALL DOGS must be well-behaved and non-aggressive towards other dogs and people. Any instances of aggressive behavior may result in the owner being asked to leave.
- Leash Policy: We require that all dogs be kept on a leash at all times while on the premises, except in designated off-leash areas. This helps prevent any potential incidents between dogs.
- Supervision: Owners must supervise their dogs at all times and be responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any accidents or messes must be promptly cleaned up by the owner.
- Health and Safety: Owners should ensure that their dogs are in good health and free of parasites. Any dogs showing signs of illness should not be brought to our events.
- Pet Waste:note that all attendees bringing their dogs to the event are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. This includes promptly picking up and properly disposing of any feces or urine produced by their dogs. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event. Thank you for helping to keep our events clean and enjoyable for all attendees.
Please read the description of each ticket carefully as each event only allows certain breeds or dog size due to the venue‘s space constraints or for the safety of others. Some dogs may not be allowed to attend our events. In the event that a ticket is purchased and entrance is not allowed due to the size of the dog, a refund will be issued .
Fleabag Social reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog or owner that does not comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, or poses a risk to the safety of other guests.
Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in our dog events. We strive to create memorable experiences for all attendees. Please review our no refund policy below:
1. No Refunds: All ticket purchases for our dog events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, inability to attend, or changes in personal circumstances.
2. Credit for Future Events: If you cannot attend the event and wish to cancel, please send us an email at bo*****@fl***********.com to inform us of your cancellation. We will note your cancellation and provide you with a credit that can be used for future events.
3. Using Your Credit: If you have received credit for a future event, please email us at bo*****@fl***********.com when you are ready to book your next event, and we will apply your credit accordingly.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this no refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and support!
